Welcome!

A Word from the Pastor. . .

Come! You are invited and welcomed! We have a joy we want to share. It’s about a living person, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, given for the whole world. Do you know Him?

Are you searching for absolute Truth to reality and purpose of life? He’s the answer.

We are a Christ-centered Church and strive to have a biblically focused purpose in all things. Here you will find that the Bible is taught as it is written– God’s unchanging Word in a changing world. Our mission is clear, to share the love and truth of Christ to those outside the walls of the Church, and honoring Christ Jesus in all we do. We want to see Christ changing the hearts and lives of people.

Good morning! We have arrived in Chicago. Unfortunately someone forgot to turn off the water upstairs so our granddaughter's soccer game has been cancelled.

"The question I have to ask myself is simply this: Dare I think of iniquity any less than God thinks of iniquity? I have a way of excusing iniquity and downplaying the horribleness of it. I must come to the point where I view iniquity as God views it, and treat it as God treats it." A.W. Tozer

This morning reading in Psalm 53, verse one reads; 'The fool says in his heart, "There is no God."'
I agree that anyone who looks at the world around them, the beauty and the complexity, and fail to acknowledge that there is a Creator is a fool. But I am left to ask who is the bigger fool, the individual who looking at the world and fails to see God's fingerprints on all creation or those who claim the name of Jesus but live a life embracing the world instead of Christ.
