Welcome!

A Word from the Pastor. . .

Come! You are invited and welcomed! We have a joy we want to share. It’s about a living person, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, given for the whole world. Do you know Him?

Are you searching for absolute Truth to reality and purpose of life? He’s the answer.

We are a Christ-centered Church and strive to have a biblically focused purpose in all things. Here you will find that the Bible is taught as it is written– God’s unchanging Word in a changing world. Our mission is clear, to share the love and truth of Christ to those outside the walls of the Church, and honoring Christ Jesus in all we do. We want to see Christ changing the hearts and lives of people.

This morning reading in 1 Chronicles 13-15, King David, brings the Ark of the Covenant into Jerusalem.
At first David seeks to bring the Ark via an ox cart. We read in 13:9, that the oxen stumbles and Uzzah reaches out to steady the Ark and is struck down by God.
Then in chapter 15; King David seeks to bring the Ark from Obed-edom where they had left it into Jerusalem, this time with the honor befitting the Ark of the Covenant.
David calls the Levites to consecrate themselves and lead the procession.
There were 862 Levite priests leading the procession!
